Ordered and Delivered within 1 week. Packaging was good - 2 layers of protection. Mattress is firm but not hard. Fits the small double bedframe perfectly. (I searched other websites and with the bed combined, this Company was by far the best deal, and was able to provide a mattress that fitted perfectly to the smaller double bed.)
