Excellent customer service - was kept updated on delivery progress and very helpful in answering my queries. Delivery driver struggled through snow and a very long journey to get to me on time!  My 5 year old is so pleased with the bed, as are we.  The bed is excellent value.  It is very substantial and strong.  Will be recommending your store.  Very pleased with whole buying experience.
